I had the privilege of visiting Proper Sausages for the first time today (a big big thank you for the invitation to try your delicious and ethical shop)!
Proper Sausages is a meat shop located in Miami Shores dedicated to making meat and products (all in house and handmade sausages might I add), that support local ranchers and provide antibiotic-free and hormone-free meat. Always local, and always ethical.
A hidden gem in Miami Shores, handcrafted, primal cut heritage meats, and delicious sandwiches! They have a wide variety of meats, come see for yourself!
All their sandwiches come made with their homemade slaw that is to die for!
